Justin Goldberger

Vice President Of Technology Policy at Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA)

Justin Goldberger has extensive experience in policy and campaign management. Justin currently serves as the Vice President of Technology Policy at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the U.S. House of Representatives, holding positions such as Senior Policy Advisor, Legislative Assistant, Legislative Aide, and Legislative Correspondent. Justin also served as the Campaign Manager for Jacinta Greene's Alexandria City School Board campaign. Additionally, Justin has experience in finance management as the Finance Director for McEachin for Congress and as the Deputy Campaign Manager for Cage for Congress. Justin gained teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Constitutional Law at Virginia Tech. Justin has also completed internships at the General Service Administration and the U.S. Department of Treasury's Special Inspector General to the Tarnished Asset Relief Program.

Justin Goldberger completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at Virginia Tech. Justin also pursued a Masters of Art through an accelerated program in Political Science with a focus on Constitutional Law and Theory at Virginia Tech. Currently, Justin is attending the American University Washington College of Law in the Evening Program, expected to graduate in 2025.
