Ian Murray, M.B.A., serves as the Head of Customer Evolution at Retail inMotion since January 2019, after previously holding the role of Customer Success Territory Manager for the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Prior to this, Ian was the Transformation & Operations Director at G4S from August 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading transformation engagements. Ian’s career includes roles at gategroup, where Ian served as Commercial Development Manager and Key Account Manager, and at WNS Global Services as Key Account Manager and Contract Manager/Service Delivery Manager. Ian began a career at British Airways, taking on several roles including Programme Manager and Delivery Manager, and originally started in the industry at IAL SERCO. Ian holds an MBA from the University of West London and a Higher National Diploma in Computer Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
