Steven Loughlin is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in release management and information technology operations. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology Operations at Retail inMotion since September 2013, Steven has developed expertise in managing internal test environments, coordinating releases, and deploying system applications. Prior to this role, Steven worked at Symantec from July 2000 to September 2013, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams in process improvements and defect prevention, managing a configuration management team, and maintaining software engineering processes. Steven holds multiple certifications, including a Professional Academy Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business from UCD and Lean Six Sigma Process Engineering from HETAC, along with degrees in Biochemistry, Physics, and Accounting.
