Prior to this role, Steven worked at Symantec from July 2000 to September 2013, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams in process improvements and defect prevention, managing a configuration management team, and maintaining software engineering processes. Steven holds multiple certifications, including a Professional Academy Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business from UCD and Lean Six Sigma Process Engineering from HETAC, along with degrees in Biochemistry, Physics, and Accounting.
