Perttu Laine has extensive experience in information technology and customer service within the telecommunications industry, specifically at Telia since 2007. As the Head of Information Technology Operations, Perttu leads a dedicated unit focused on delivering high-quality IT services across Finland. Previous roles include leadership positions such as Head of Engagement IT, Head of Consumer IT, and Head of Consumer Online Development, where Perttu was instrumental in improving customer experience and online services. Perttu also has a strong background in business development and project management, having managed various improvements in consumer and B2B applications.
