Keith Gloster

Keith Gloster has a strong background in software development and management. Keith started their career in 2005 at Raytheon Professional Services (RPS), where they served as a Senior Business Program Technologist. In this role, Keith developed customized learning applications using HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, CSS3, and XML. Keith was also responsible for converting Flash applications into HTML5. Keith worked at RPS until 2015.

After that, Keith joined Text Ripple as the CTO/Developer. At Text Ripple, they focused on creating new and innovative applications that utilized text messaging for mobile marketing. Keith held this position for over a decade, leaving in 2017.

In 2015, Keith joined RISC Networks as a Senior Product Developer. Here, they played a key role in architecting and developing the front-end stack for an enterprise-level SaaS collection and analytics software application. Keith enabled organizations to make informed decisions when migrating to the cloud by utilizing data visualizations of their on-prem network. Keith remained with RISC Networks until 2018.

From 2018 to 2022, Keith worked at LoveBook®. Keith initially held the position of Director of Development, before being promoted to Vice President of Software Development. As Vice President, Keith contributed to the strategic direction of software development projects. In both roles, they were responsible for managing software development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Currently, Keith is working at Retail Insights, LLC as the Application Development Manager. Keith joined in 2022 and is responsible for overseeing application development projects within the organization.
