Amber Weltner Wright

Amber Weltner Wright has a diverse work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Amber started their career as an Associate at CB Richard Ellis, where they represented national tenants and developers in creating strategic expansion strategies. Amber then worked as a Leasing Representative at CenterCal Properties, where they negotiated leases with regional and national tenants and conducted market research. Amber also worked as a Senior Associate at Main & Main, Inc., representing national and regional tenants in their expansion strategies and consulting with landlords on redevelopment and leasing strategies. Amber then served as a Leasing Manager at Westrust Ventures, LLC, and later at Vornado Realty Trust, where they were responsible for leasing retail space at The Plant Shopping Center and Class A office buildings in California. Prior to their current position, Amber worked as a Senior Leasing Associate at Federal Realty Investment Trust. Since 2014, they have been working as the Director of Leasing - Northern CA at Retail Opportunity Investments Corp.

Amber Weltner Wright attended the University of Arizona from 2001 to 2005. Amber obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Real Estate.
