Richard K. Schoebel

Richard K. Schoebel is the current Chief Operating Officer at Retail Opportunity Investments. Prior to this, they were with Centro Properties Group as Vice President, Property Management - West Region from May 2009 to November 2009. There, they oversaw the property management group responsible for 9.2 million square feet of community and neighborhood shopping centers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas. From March 2007 to May 2009, they were Managing Member at Pacific Spectrum Properties, LLC, where they directed a portfolio of thirty-eight shopping centers, encompassing in excess of five-million square feet and over eight-hundred tenants. Richard was responsible for budgeting, strategic planning, income statement / balance sheet, property management, leasing, and staff management. From January 1995 to November 2006, they were with Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Inc. as Vice President Operations, Pacific Northwest Region. And from January 1994 to December 1995, they were Property Manager at Richardson Mall & Apartments with Pan Pacific Development (U.S.), Inc.

Richard K. Schoebel received their BS in Management from Keene State College, with a minor in Applied Computer Science.
