Thomas Pauli

Thomas Pauli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail performance management and automotive consulting. Since July 2015, Thomas has served as Principal and Line Manager at rpc - The Retail Performance Company, specializing in aftersales consulting and coaching projects, with responsibilities in rollout, project management, and monitoring. Prior to this, from July 2007 to June 2015, Thomas held the position of Director at HPP - Harnischfeger, Pietsch und Partner, leading various automotive consulting projects with a focus on aftersales, including global rollout management for new service formats, development of dealer standards, and implementation of new diagnostic hardware and software. Thomas earned a Master’s Degree in Economics from Heidelberg University between 2000 and 2005.
