Mark Tobino

Mark Tobino has a diverse and extensive work experience in the retail industry spanning multiple positions and companies. Mark is currently working as a Senior Strategy Consultant at RPE Solutions, where they lead multi-billion dollar companies in business process and change management. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Principal at Columbus Consulting International, focusing on retail planning and allocation. Mark also served as the Vice President of Inventory Management at Destination Maternity Corp, overseeing various aspects of inventory management. Before that, Mark was the Vice President of Planning & Allocation at Calypso St. Barth and held several positions, including Vice President of Merchandise Planning and Director of Planning, at New York & Company. Mark also has experience as an Allocation Manager at New York & Company, responsible for managing the allocation of departments and leading a team of Allocators. Throughout their career, Mark Tobino has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning expertise, and a deep understanding of inventory management and merchandise planning.

Mark Tobino completed their education from Wilkes University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Marketing. Mark attended Wilkes University from 1983 to 1987. Prior to that, Mark Tobino completed their high school education at St. Rose High School in Belmar, NJ, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their formal education, Mark Tobino obtained the Enterprise Planning Functional Implementation Accreditation from Blue Yonder in February 2023.
