Charlotte Greengrass

Charlotte Greengrass is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and brand ambassadorship. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Everyman Racing since March 2017, Charlotte has also held roles as a Brand Ambassador and Hostess with Renault Retail Group, where involvement included the 2016 Twingo launch in London. Previous experiences include Brand Ambassador positions at Nissan and BMW Group, along with event coordination at Mercedes-Benz World. Charlotte has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills throughout various roles, including customer service supervision at Waitrose and welcoming VIPs at events. Educational background includes A Levels and GCSEs obtained at Gordons School from 2003 to 2009.
