Jaci Twidwell

Jaci Twidwell has over 15 years of experience in marketing and public relations. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Marketing at Retail Success Co. Jaci'srole involves developing marketing strategies, managing communication channels, and providing guidance to the marketing department.

Prior to this, Jaci worked at Hallmark Cards for nine years, holding various positions. As the Public Relations and Social Media Director, they led the development of PR and social media strategies and provided counsel to executives. Jaci also served as the Strategic Public Relations Manager, representing Hallmark as the company spokesperson and organizing press events.

Jaci Twidwell was also the Board Chair at SocialMedia.org, where they led their company's membership in the community of social media leaders.

Earlier in their career, Jaci held marketing coordinator positions at Creighton University, where they worked on PR and marketing plans and coordinated community events. Jaci also worked at Midlands Business Journal as an Assistant Advertising/Creative Marketing Director and at Archdiocese of Omaha as a Writer/Advertising Specialist.

Throughout their career, Jaci has demonstrated expertise in branding, social media, public relations, and content marketing.

Jaci Twidwell earned a High School Diploma from Huron High School from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they attended Creighton University from 2000 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, with a focus on Public Relations and News Reporting.
