Eric Lewis

Eric Lewis has over a decade of experience in technical support and service roles, currently serving as a Senior Support Technician for Unifi Networking at Retail Systems, Inc. since October 2016. Prior experience includes positions as a Technical Product Specialist and Field Service Technician at the same company, as well as serving as a Pharmacy Technician at Rite Aid Pharmacy, where responsibilities included prescription analysis and insurance claim processing. Earlier roles included an Irrigation System Specialist at Lewis Lawn & Irrigation and a Technical Support Representative for an independent computer consulting service. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Computer Information Systems from the University of South Carolina, complemented by studies at Midlands Technical College.
