Melissa Wong is the CEO and Co-Founder of Zipline, a SaaS company focused on helping retailers manage and engage their stores and employees. Melissa has 10 years of retail experience and is an alumni of the Alchemist Accelerator program. Melissa is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council and has been recognized as a Top Retail Influencer by RETHINK Retail. Prior to Zipline, they worked at Gap Inc., Old Navy, where they held various roles in corporate communications, including Sr Manager and Manager. Melissa also has experience in public relations, having worked as a Senior Account Executive at Horn Group. Overall, Melissa has a strong background in retail, technology, and communication strategy.

Melissa Wong holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a double major in Studio Art from Bates College.
