Merissa Collins has held various leadership roles in multiple companies, showcasing their expertise in operations, commercial strategy, and general management. At Retail Zoo, Merissa currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to that, Merissa gained experience at Spotless Group as the National Retail Development Manager and National Manager Airports. With a background in sales and operations, Merissa has also worked at Lovisa Pty Ltd and House. Earlier in their career, Merissa was a Franchise Owner at Subway and the General Manager at Subway Development.
