Richard Harris

Richard Harris has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Richard is currently the Head of Sales at Retailigence, a position they assumed in September 2021. Prior to this, Richard worked at Tesco PLC in various capacities. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Central Europe - Programme Manager, leading a cross-functional program to implement global processes and systems for stock ledger, invoice matching, and supplier income across four Central European countries. As the Central Europe Price Integrity Manager in 2015, Richard was responsible for ensuring pricing accuracy in the region. Richard also held positions at Tesco Hungary, where they served as the Central Europe and Turkey Programme and Capability Manager (Operations Development) from 2014 to 2015, and as the IT Director from 2011 to 2014. In these roles, they oversaw IT operations, program delivery of technical projects, and store operational efficiency improvements. Before joining Tesco, Richard worked at Wincor Nixdorf as a Key Account Manager and Professional Services Director from 2007 to 2011. Richard began their career at Tesco in 1986 as a European Project Manager and also served as a Retail Management Trainee.
