Leonardo Santos

Leonardo Santos is a seasoned professional in business development and commerce engineering, currently serving as the Commerce Engineer Director at VTEX since November 2018. Previously, Leonardo held multiple leadership roles at VTEX, including Head of Business Development and Head of Growth for Physical Stores. Prior experience includes founding and serving as CEO of Indeva by VTEX, as well as positions at Ápia Consultoria e Sistemas and Nextel Brasil, where responsibilities encompassed client relations and commercial execution. Leonardo began career as a Commercial Manager at Casas Bahia after completing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNIFESO and later earning an M.B.A. in Project Management from FGV.
