Emily Szalkowski

Emily Szalkowski has a diverse work experience starting from 2020 to the present. Emily began as a Funding Specialist at Premium Merchant Funding in December 2020 and transitioned to becoming an Analyst at LIU Student Investment Fund in September 2020. Emily also held the role of Creative Director at LIU Student Body Boutique during this period. In February 2021, Emily became an Editorial Intern at Dune Road Lifestyle and a Treasurer at Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, Inc. In January 2021, they became a Junior Financial Analyst at Creditntell - F&D Reports - ARMS. Currently, they are serving as a Student Ambassador at IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.

Emily Szalkowski began their education history in 2016, attending Carle Place Middle Senior High School, where they obtained an Advanced Regents High School Diploma in 2020. After completing high school, they went on to study at Long Island University from 2020 to 2022, focusing on Accounting and Finance. During their time at Long Island University, they did not earn a specific degree. Currently, Emily is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Pittsburgh, starting in 2022 and expected to graduate in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Emily has also obtained certifications. In April 2022, they became an IMA® Student Ambassador through the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants. In November 2021, they obtained a Bloomberg Certificate from Bloomberg LP.
