Max Resnikoff is the current CTO at Retain Group. Max hasPreviously, they were a business owner at Macco Systems where they created web-based IT solutions for businesses including CRM, CMS, web design, and e-commerce. Prior to that, they were IT manager at Vape Smart where they created a web-based system from scratch to track stock and sell products by a web-based IOS app.

Max Resnikoff's educational career includes completing the International Baccalaureate program with 34 points and attending ACS Egham International School and Greengates International School.
