Simon Catton

Simon Catton has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Simon currently works as the Head of HR at Retain Automotive since October 2023. Previously, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Xplore The World from June 2017 to October 2021 and as the Human Resources Administrator from November 2014 to June 2017. Before that, they worked at Call Connection as a Quality Inspector from November 2013 to November 2014 and as a Call Transfer Executive from January 2013 to November 2013.

Simon Catton's education history includes obtaining a Level II Electrical Installation degree from Ipswich Skills Centre in 2022. In 2017, they completed a CIPD Level 5 degree in Human Resources Management from Avado Learning. Simon also holds a BA honours degree in Psychology from the University of Gloucestershire, which they earned between 2004 and 2008. In 2002, they pursued an AVCE degree in Leisure & Recreation at Suffolk New College. Simon completed their secondary education at Finborough School, where they obtained their GCSE in Various subjects between 1995 and 1997.
