Belen Blanco de Miguel

Belen Blanco de Miguel has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a People Generalist at Retargetly, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Air Liquide as a Talent Development Analyst from October 2021 to March 2023, and as a Talent Development Ssr. Analyst from March 2023 to May 2023. Before joining Air Liquide, Belen was a Total Rewards Associate at Accenture, where they worked with their client, Mercado Libre, from May 2021 to October 2021. Belen began their career as an HR Trainee at Colgate-Palmolive in April 2019, where they remained until October 2020.

Belen Blanco de Miguel completed their education at Universidad del Salvador from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, they attended Colegio Esquíu from 2012 to 2016 and received their High School Diploma, which was oriented in Economics. In addition to their formal education, Belen also holds certifications from Cambridge Assessment English. Belen obtained the Certificate in Advanced English in December 2016 and the First Certificate Exam in December 2014.
