Grace Kuraitis

Grace Kuraitis has a diverse work experience starting from 2012 at Locavore Restaurant, where they served as the General Manager. During their time there, Grace demonstrated strong leadership skills by building and maintaining a dedicated team of employees. Grace excelled in recruiting and hiring reliable individuals, managing inventory and logistics, and implementing creative marketing strategies. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Fulltime Student at Boise State University. In 2022, Grace joined WinCo Foods as a Customer Service Specialist before transitioning to Retention.com later in the year. At Retention.com, they initially held the position of Technical Support Specialist before being promoted to Technical Support Manager in May 2023.

From 2020 to 2021, Grace Kuraitis pursued their Bachelor's of Multidisciplinary Studies in Applied Leadership at Boise State University.
