Nicoletta de Lucia

Nicoletta De Lucia has extensive work experience in finance and administration roles. Nicoletta is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Retex S.p.A. since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DoveVivo S.p.A. as the Group Chief Financial Officer from October 2018 to September 2022, where they managed the accounting, finance, administration, treasury, and legal departments. Before joining DoveVivo S.p.A., they were the CFO Enterprise Sales at DELL EMC Italy from February 2015 to September 2018, where they oversaw key business operations and process improvement activities. Nicoletta also held the position of Finance and Administration Manager at Hitachi Data Systems from January 2007 to February 2015. In addition, they worked as a Financial Analyst at CSC Italia Srl from September 2002 to December 2006 and as a BU Controller at Bull Italia from May 1999 to September 2002. Throughout their career, Nicoletta has demonstrated expertise in financial management, reporting, and control.

Nicoletta De Lucia completed their Maturità Scientifica at Liceo Scientifico from 1989 to 1994. Nicoletta then pursued a degree in Economics, specializing in Economia e legislazione per l'Impresa at Università Bocconi from 1994 to 1999.
