Maurizio Bodano

Maurizio Bodano has a strong background in human resources and business development. Maurizio currently holds the position of Global Human Resources Director at Buccellati, where they are responsible for managing the worldwide expansion of the company and overseeing manufacturing growth across multiple locations. Prior to this, they worked as a Trainer at 24ORE Business School, focusing on HR and fashion and luxury management. Maurizio also served as the Human Resources Director for Italy and Greece at Richemont, where they had full responsibility for HR governance across multiple luxury brands. Additionally, Bodano worked as the Human Resources Director for Southern Europe at Pernod Ricard, overseeing distribution and production sites for various brands. Maurizio has also held positions at SHL, CEB (now Gartner), the Italian Army, IRI Consultants to Management, and Ferrini Basket.

Maurizio Bodano has a high school diploma from Liceo Classico G.M. Dettori in Cagliari, which they obtained from 1987 to 1992. From 1992 to 1998, they pursued a Laurea degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from Università degli Studi di Cagliari. In 1995, they attended the University of Sunderland for one year and studied human sciences. In 1999 to 2001, they participated in TI.VA Post lauream Master on "Training for trainers" to enhance their knowledge in human resources.
