Douglas Ray

Douglas Ray has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Douglas began their career in 1991 as an Analyst at the Republican National Committee. From there, they worked as a Manager at the Office of US Senator Arlen Specter. In 1993, they joined Rethink Healthcare Real Estate as Vice President, and later became the President of the company. In 1998, they joined Fifth Street Capital as a Director. Finally, in 2012, they became the President and CEO of Rethink Capital Partners.

Douglas Ray attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1984 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science.
