Jessica Paez

Jessica Paez is an experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis, holding significant positions at various organizations. At RethinkFirst, Jessica served as Director of Family and Clinical Services and was promoted to Clinical Lead Supervisor from July 2023 to May 2024. Previously, from September 2022 to May 2024, Jessica worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Clinical Lead Supervisor at The Place for Children with Autism. Jessica's earlier experience includes roles as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Chicago ABA Therapy from January 2020 to September 2022 and Cornerstones Autism Services from October 2018 to January 2020. Jessica earned a Master's of Science in Developmental Disabilities with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood Development and Psychology from Florida International University.
