Robert Santa is a Chief Research Officer at Rethink Romania since October 2022. Previously, Robert worked as an Advisor at the Presidential Administration of Romania in the Department of Research and Education from December 2016 to September 2022. With experience at various organizations such as the Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding and Adecco Employment Services, Robert has a background in project management and university relations. Robert's academic background includes a MA in Lifelong Learning, Education policy, and management from UCL.
