Maria Caldas

Maria Caldas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2017, they began their career as an intern in the Human Resources department at Clinica de Hemoterapia. Maria then transitioned to Tempo Imoveis Ltda., where they worked as a Business Consultant from 2018 to 2021. At Meta Consultoria, from 2019 to 2020, Maria served as a Trainee, Project Manager, Consultant, and member of the Selection Process Team. In 2021, they joined Growth Machine as a Growth Specialist, and later took on the role of Growth Specialist - Process. Currently, Maria is working at Rethink Tecnologia as a Sales Ops.

Maria Caldas attended Universidade Federal Fluminense, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering. Maria has also obtained several certifications, including Demanda Infinita from Growth Machine in April 2021, Curso de Power BI Impressionador from Hashtag Treinamentos in January 2021, Curso de Excel Básico ao Avançado from Green Rabbit Treinamentos e Consultoria in September 2020, Academia de Vendas from Grupo Lu in August 2020, and Gestão de Processos BPM from Green Rabbit Treinamentos e Consultoria in July 2020.
