Paulo Borges 🏳️🌈

Paulo Borges has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience (UX/UI). Paulo started their career as a Web Designer at Qg7 Comunicação E Marketing Ltda in 2010. Paulo then moved on to work as a Coordenador de Criação at Agência Click Isobar from an unspecified date until July 2013.

From July 2013 to January 2017, Borges served as the Coordenador de Design de Interação at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they led the design team responsible for the development of the university's new portal.

In 2017, Borges co-founded Coletivo Hellsink, a design collective aimed at providing various design services to clients. As a UX/UI Designer within the collective, Borges created digital products for both shared and individual clients until 2019.

Since 2019, Borges has been working at Rethink Tecnologia, where they have held multiple roles. Paulo started as a UX/UI Designer, contributing to the development of the new Esfera App and other projects for clients such as Tora, Smiles, and more. Paulo then progressed to the role of Design Lead, overseeing design operations. Currently, they are serving as the Design Manager at Rethink Tecnologia.

Throughout their career, Borges has gained expertise in UX/UI design, specializing in projects such as Esfera, Smiles, Sulamérica, and Dotz.

Paulo Borges has studied at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they pursued a degree in Design. Paulo's educational journey expanded as they also obtained a degree in Ciência da Informação with a specialization in Biblioteconomia e Ciência da Informação from the same university. Additionally, Paulo has achieved a certification as an Agile Team Leader from Agile College in November 2021.
