Zach McClain is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as Vice President of FP&A at Retina Consultants of America since October 2023. Previously, Zach held the position of Vice President of Finance at National HME, where important contributions were made as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Previous roles include Corporate Finance Consultant in a private capacity and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at COMSovereign Holding Corporation LLC, where significant achievements included leading FP&A efforts across ten subsidiaries and playing a key role in a reverse merger, S-1 public offerings, and NASDAQ up-listing in 2021. Earlier career experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and Finance Manager at Agape Hospice & Palliative Care and Program Manager for Sargent Aerospace & Defense, managing new product development for military and commercial applications. Zach holds both an M.B.A. in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.
