Beatrice joins Retina Labs as Vice President, Human Resources. Beatrice is a seasoned and customer-focused business partner with Senior Management Human Resources expertise of over 25 years in both public and privately held companies, specifically in the medical device industry. She has held key HR leadership roles spearheading global business initiatives, specifically in early start-up to commercialized companies, principally in the U.S and Europe. Her professional portfolio includes Strategic and Operational Human Resource Management, ranging from Talent Acquisition and Retention Programs to Total Rewards and Performance Management. She completed her Human Resources Certification at McGill University.
