The Leadership Team at Retina Specialty Institute is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing organizational operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality retinal care. The team includes the Founder, who provides visionary guidance; the Executive VP of Organizational Development and Communications, who enhances internal structure and communication; and the Chief Clinical Officer, who maintains clinical excellence and innovation in patient care.
