Jon Bennett

Jon Bennett has a diverse work experience in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry. Jon is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Retinue, where they focus on providing end-to-end talent and resourcing strategies for clients. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Ryalto, where they developed a widely used communications and shift booking app.

Jon also held the position of Managing Director at Resource Solutions, where they managed an outsourced global recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed service provider (MSP) partnership with Barclays. Before that, they were the Managing Director - Healthcare at Brookson Group, where they provided cloud-based technology and workforce management services for the healthcare sector.

Jon has also worked at Capita as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Internal Resourcing for one of their largest outsourced recruitment contracts. Jon was the Senior Vice President at Cielo Talent, overseeing the launch of their recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services in MENA. In addition, they co-founded Retinue earlier in their career, securing investment from James Caan's investment vehicle.

Prior to all of this, Jon held various roles at ETS plc as the Deputy Managing Director and at Hays as the Head of Implementation and Recruitment Consultant.

Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, communications technology, and workforce management.

Jon Bennett obtained their first degree, a 2:1 in Human and Physical Geography, from the University of Reading in the years 1997 to 2000. Jon then went on to obtain a certification in PRINCE2 Practitioner in Project Management from the University of Reading in April 2005.
