Magdy Abdulla

Magdy Abdulla is a retired base manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry spanning over three decades. From February 2015 to the present, Magdy served as a retired base manager following a distinguished career at Baker Hughes, where tenure included roles such as base manager for fishing tools and wellbore operations from 1993 to 2015, and earlier positions as machine shop supervisor and maintenance supervisor. Key responsibilities involved managing operations, overseeing tool preparation for various wellbore jobs, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Magdy also had significant experience in problem-solving and operational management, including the successful reorganization of the Matrouh base. Magdy holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Helwan University, Cairo, and a general secondary certificate from Ras Gharib Secondary School.
