Lynne Sullivan

Lynne Sullivan is a seasoned real estate and finance professional with extensive experience in loan origination, corporate real estate, asset management, and relationship management. Most recently, Lynne was employed at First Bridge Lending as a Loan Originator from April 2019 to January 2023. Prior to that, Lynne served as Senior Vice President at City National Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate real estate and special assets. Lynne's professional journey includes leadership roles at Touchstone Development and Zelman Development Co., as well as positions at Union Bank and Continental Illinois National Bank. Educational qualifications include an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics from UCLA.
