Richard Dagenais

Richard Dagenais is a retired professional with extensive experience in project management and telecommunications. Notable roles include serving as Project Director for Major Crown Projects at the Real Property Branch of Public Works and Government Services Canada and holding senior positions at Nortel, including Manager of Wireless R&D and LTE Integration Prime. Richard's career also included a tenure as a Senior Project Manager within the Real Property Branch at Public Works and Government Services Canada. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication from École de technologie supérieure, completed between 1981 and 1983, and participated in volunteering activities with Natation Gatineau in 2015.
