Steve Lucas

Steve Lucas has a distinguished career in executive leadership and operations, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Creative Development Partners, LLC from June 2017 until August 2023. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of President at Strategic Commercial Development, Inc. from September 2009 to June 2017. Steve is a summa cum laude graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business. Following retirement in August 2023, Steve has stepped away from the professional landscape.
