Angela Diamanti joined Retirement Living Associates in June of 2003 and serves as Financial Administrator, HR Administrator and Property Manager. She manages the day-to-day accounting needs for the firm’s portfolio. She oversees all human resources functions, including 401k administration, benefits and payroll. Angela is responsible for property management functions of Class A Office and Medical properties in Raleigh. She is the primary liaison for tenants and oversees property management activity by working directly with property owners and tenants, and managing contractor and vendor services. She prepares financial reporting and budgeting, and year-end reconciliation for properties.
