Alan Yeoh has extensive experience in CRM and loyalty marketing, with a focus on customer engagement and growth. Their most recent position was as VP and Head of CRM & Lifecycle at Walmart, starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded Retold Recycling in 2019. Alan also held various leadership roles at Airbnb from 2019 to 2020, including Head of Growth Marketing - Luxury and Head of CRM & Engagement - Luxury. Before Airbnb, they worked at Uber as the Head of Rider CRM from 2017 to 2019. Alan also has experience in the retail industry, serving as Vice President of CRM & Loyalty at The Vitamin Shoppe in 2016, and as Executive Director of Global Consumer & Loyalty Marketing - MAC Cosmetics at The Estée Lauder Companies from 2012 to 2016. Alan began their career in loyalty and retention marketing at Telstra in 2000 and has since held positions at various companies, including BT (British Telecom), Teradata, and Carlson Marketing.

Alan Yeoh's education history includes a Bachelor of Business degree in International Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney. Alan also holds a Master of Commerce degree in International Business from UNSW. Additionally, Alan has completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management from The Wharton School.
