Carrie Simonds

Carrie Simonds is the current Head of People Experience at Retool. Prior to this, they were a People Leader at Stripe from April 2017 to November 2021, where they oversaw the growth of the company from 600 to 4000 employees. Carrie has also held the position of VP, Growth / People & Brand at Pocket Gems from January 2011 to March 2017, where they were responsible for leading a 23 person team and growing the company from 10 to 210 employees. Carrie has also been an MBA Student at Stanford Graduate School of Business from January 2008 to June 2010, and an Associate at JMH Capital from March 2006 to May 2008.

Carrie Simonds has a MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Physics and Asian Studies from Bowdoin College.
