David Cole

David Cole is the current Head of Customer Success at Retool. Prior to this, they were the Host of the Data Science Leaders Podcast from January 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they were the Chief Customer Officer at Domino Data Lab from April 2018 to April 2021 where they grew the team from 10 members to over 50 and delivered over 120% Net Renewal each year. David was also the Chief Analytics Officer at Acxiom from October 2016 to April 2018 where they led a team of approximately 50 Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Engagement Managers. Cole has also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Teradata from June 2013 to October 2016.

David Cole has a BS in Engineering from Cornell University and a BS from Thomas Jefferson HS for Science & Technology.

They are on a team with Kevin White - Head of Product Marketing, Sid Puri - Head of Growth, India, and Ali Benslimane - Head of Business Operations. Their manager is David Hsu, Founder & CEO.
