Hen Poretsky

Hen Poretsky started their work experience in 2015 as a First Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces, where they were responsible for sorting, assigning, and recruiting women in combat positions. They also served as a Sorting Officer on reserve duty. In 2014, they joined Nestlé Nespresso SA, where they held various roles such as Coffee Specialist, Shift Manager, Boutique Assistant Manager, Boutique Manager, and CRM Data Analyst. They then worked as a Research Analyst at Lavaa Health from April 2022 to May 2023. Currently, Hen Poretsky is a Data Analyst at retrain.ai, starting from March 2023.

Hen Poretsky attended Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering from 2019 to 2023. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
