Francis Houvet

Francis HOUVET has extensive experience in project management and territorial engineering, beginning with a role as Responsable Ingéniérie Territorial at the Direction Départementale de l'Equipement from 1998 to 2007. Francis then served as Chef de Projet at Conseil Général des Yvelines from 2008 to 2011. Since 2011, Francis has been working as Chargé de missions for Versailles Grand Parc, focusing on the implementation and development of the Plan Vélo for the Agglomération. Currently, Francis is engaged as a Retraité at Retraite Sereine since January 2018.
