David Horowitz

Co-Founder & CEO at Retrium

David Horowitz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Retrium. David has over fifteen years of experience in the field of web development and has held various positions at both small startups and large organizations.

Horowitz began their career as a software developer at the Center for Advanced Transportation Technology Laboratory. David then went on to found Watchily.com, a consumer website that provided reviews and recommendations for fish oil supplements. After successfully exiting Watchily.com, Horowitz joined the World Bank as a Business Solutions Officer.

At the World Bank, Horowitz was responsible for developing cutting-edge web products, including iSimulate, a tool for collaborative economic simulations. David left the World Bank in 2015 to co-found Retrium, a company that provides software solutions for retrospective analysis.

David Horowitz has a MSE from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland.
