Diana Larsen is a change management consultant and advisor who has been working in the field for over 20 years. Diana started their career at Drake Beam Morin, where they managed teams of career consultants and advised client managers on change management, workforce rebalancing, and rightsizing support. Diana then went on to start their own consulting firm, Eos House Consulting, which focused on helping individuals find new work after being downsized or experiencing other career disruptions. In their current role as an advisor at Retrium, Diana helps clients navigate organizational changes and provides support and guidance during times of transition.
Diana Larsen has a HSD Professional Associate degree from the Human Systems Dynamics Institute, a Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication from Lewis & Clark College, and an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Southwest Oregon Community College.
