Leo Cavalcanti has an extensive work experience spanning from 2005 to present. Leo has held various finance roles in multiple companies, including SER.O.YA, Mint Showroom, Retrofête, Upfield, LOLLI Brands Real Estate, and MoneyPhysicians, Inc. Their responsibilities have ranged from Chief Financial Officer to Global Finance Manager and Controller/Finance Consultant. Leo has also worked as a Finance Consultant for the United Nations and as a Corporate Finance & Business Recovery Associate at PwC Brasil. Leo began their career as a Business Associate at Sodexo. Leo specializes in strategic financial planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and policy and procedure design. Leo has experience in industries such as e-commerce, CPG/Retail, apparel, and trading. Leo's expertise includes assisting Latin American businesses entering the US market and vice versa.

Leo Cavalcanti received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Economics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2011. Leo later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Information Systems from Baruch College from 2013 to 2015.
