Natalya Vashets is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment & HR at RetroStyle Games since July 2020, Natalya oversees recruitment processes and develops HR policies. Previously, as an HR Generalist, Natalya managed full-cycle recruiting and optimized HR practices. Prior experience includes a role at AnyCarRent from February 2019 to July 2020, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle recruitment and participation in staffing strategy development. Natalya holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Economics from Donetsk National University, completed in April 2017.
