Hari Kashyap has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hari started their career as an intern at Singareni Collieries Company Limited in 2017. In 2019, they joined Examity® as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided excellent technical support and demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond their job responsibilities. Later that year, they transitioned to Amazon and served as both an Account Specialist and a Resolution Specialist. In these roles, they focused on enhancing customer experience and building strong client relationships. Hari achieved high customer satisfaction ratings and acted as a subject matter expert for their team. Most recently, Hari worked at Return Rabbit as a Customer Success Manager. Hari collaborated with various departments to improve customer satisfaction, managed client onboarding, and implemented strategies to reduce customer churn.

Hari Kashyap completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Scientific Technological Jobs, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications. Hari received the "Agile Project Management" certification from Google in June 2023, and also completed the "Google Project Management: Professional Certificate" during the same month and year. Hari acquired the "Intercom Administrator" certification from Intercom in April 2023, and obtained the "Service Hub Software" certification from HubSpot Academy in February 2023.
