Sean McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sean is currently working at Returnmates as a Product Manager/Product Owner since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Sr. Applications/Product Manager at Crystal Equation Corporation, focusing on Enterprise Platforms Integration at Meta. Sean was employed at Crystal Equation Corporation from 2020 to 2022.

Sean's previous experiences include working as a Sr. Product Manager at AdvisoryCloud from 2018 to 2020, and as a Product Manager for Paid User Experience at ExecRank from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they held the position of Program & Project Coordinator at ExecReps from 2014 to 2015. Their earliest work experience was as a Project Manager & Sr. Editor at HS2 Academy from 2012 to 2015.

Sean McDonald has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from Claremont Graduate University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from New York University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in April 2020.
