Victor Brief's education history begins in 2000 when they obtained certifications in MCSE/MCSP/MCP from Microsoft Corporation. In 2002, Victor obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. In 2003, they became a Six Sigma Black Belt. Victor then attended the Project Management Institute from 2004 to 2005, where they studied project management.
In 2008, they obtained the SARTECH certification from the National Association for Search and Rescue. In 2010, Victor obtained the NIMS/ICS certification from the FEMA Emergency Management Institute.
Victor attended the Center for Allied Health Education from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained the EMT-P degree in the field of study of paramedic. Victor also obtained certifications in Prehospital Trauma Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support - PALS Provider, and Advance Cardiovascular Life Support - ACLS Provider in 2012. Victor received the Paramedic certification from the New York State Department of Health in the same year.
