Victor Brief

Victor Brief has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Victor is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Returns Worldwide since July 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Imaging and Print Services at RitzPix : Ritz Camera & Image, starting in October 2012.

In 2008, Victor founded Acebia Telecom, where they held the position of CEO. Victor was responsible for brand management, growth, and the recruitment and mentoring of staff.

From 2006 to 2008, Victor worked as the CTO at Adorama, where they successfully reorganized the IT operations, resulting in cost savings, efficient operations, and the growth of the company.

Before that, from 2004 to 2006, Victor served as the IT Compliance Officer at Volt Information Sciences. Victor implemented disaster recovery procedures and Sarbanes Oxley controls for financial information.

Victor also played a significant role in the development of ProcureStaff Technologies, a subsidiary of Volt, where they served as the Vice President of Technology from 2000 to 2004. Under their leadership, the company grew from a single employee and no revenues to 250 employees and $2 billion in revenues.

In 1999, Victor was the East Coast Regional Director at Volt, responsible for managing IT operations. Victor implemented policies and procedures for managing desktops and recruited staff to build an efficient IT operation.

Prior to that, Victor founded and managed Cyberboom Technologies, a boutique software firm specializing in IT outsourcing and software development for various industries. Victor designed and developed a retail POS application that was later sold to Microsoft.

Victor Brief's education history begins in 2000 when they obtained certifications in MCSE/MCSP/MCP from Microsoft Corporation. In 2002, Victor obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. In 2003, they became a Six Sigma Black Belt. Victor then attended the Project Management Institute from 2004 to 2005, where they studied project management.

In 2008, they obtained the SARTECH certification from the National Association for Search and Rescue. In 2010, Victor obtained the NIMS/ICS certification from the FEMA Emergency Management Institute.

Victor attended the Center for Allied Health Education from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained the EMT-P degree in the field of study of paramedic. Victor also obtained certifications in Prehospital Trauma Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support - PALS Provider, and Advance Cardiovascular Life Support - ACLS Provider in 2012. Victor received the Paramedic certification from the New York State Department of Health in the same year.
