As the Director and Founder of Reuben Chase since June 2011, Ricky has established strong partnerships with leading companies, providing specialized headhunting resources initially in the IT services sector for banking. Ricky also co-founded Mi-Candidate, operating from December 2011 to December 2022, which offers a unique testing solution to aid organizations in making informed hiring decisions.
